The last two weeks I have been on holidays and it has been bliss! It has also meant that I have been able to catch up on Project Life! I am now only six weeks behind! Yahoo!
I had a ball this week, doing lots of fun things! I got to see movies, catch up with friends, see cute cute babies, eat good food, craft with my ladies and surprise a friend with a yummy dinner and tickets to one of our favourite bands (when we were 18!).
Birthdays! Birthdays! Birthdays! This is what this week was all about! We had Ashley's birthday, Tash's birthday (a great celebration of the BIG 3-0) and Liv's birthday (at a buffet!!!!). We also had a Hoops Grand Final loss, a funeral of a special lady, plus the birth of a new little love. And a cute puppy! Plus it was a long weekend! Fun!
This week I decided to use my first and favourite kit - Seafoam - designed by the amazing Elise Cripe! I love the colours! I also used some different embellishments from Freckled Fawn, APOCD, Studio Calico and Kelly Purkey.
I used this week to showcase the November Studio Calico Kit - Cuppa - this kit was so great! I loved the colours and the embellishments - especially the tags and the days of the week stickers! This week I focussed on a few things, but a big focus was just be-ing and how I have been focussing on my yoga. It's been an interesting journey for me and I can certainly say that I never thought I would be so into yoga, Reiki and pursuing these areas.
I have been really loving Yin Yoga. Yin is a slower type of yoga, where you hold each of the postures for over 5 minutes - it is intense but incredible. It focuses on the strengthening and lengthening the connective tissue.
So that is a bit of a catch up on where things are at with Project Life. Keep smiling. L xx
